OPTICAL DESIGN AND SIMULATION

PHOTOMETRY MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION
We are equipped with two goniophotometers and a CCD camera for proper optical function evaluation. We have experience with illumination map measurement and respective data export.
3D SCANNING AND REVERSE ENGINEERING
Our 3D scanning enables us to perform shape verification, detailed error analyses and reverse engineering including 3D model reconstruction from a physical sample. We have successfully reconstructed several optical elements.

ECOGLASS has large background and knowledge base in the fields on glass molding, glass melting, glass composition optimization and glass coloring. We have developed software tool “KMEN” used for prediction of glass properties based on glass composition.
