Optics for railway, train headlights and signal lights

ECOGLASS has years of experience in designing, manufacturing and supplying optics for train headlights and signal lights. Our products can be found in headlights of majority trains in the Czech Republic or in signal lights in Prague metro.

Requirements for train headlights are getting more complex in the latest years. Optics need to be properly designed to guarantee rapid decrease of intensity as well as homogenous illumination of required area. We have experience in optical design respecting these high standards and we are ready to support you.

If older version of light source needs to be replaced with new LED source, optics should be optimized in order to respect original optical function and illumination requirements. We can redesign your optical element and reach illumination requirements while keeping your current assembly and mounting parameters. This lowers investments into research and development of a completely new light.

Mounting and positioning elements can be added to the optical design with respect to our manufacturing technology.
