R\u00e1di bychom V\u00e1m p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eili t\u00e9ma optick\u00e9ho designu, se kter\u00fdm m\u00e1me v\u00edce jak 20 let zku\u0161enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n

P\u0159i tvorb\u011b optick\u00e9ho designu je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby se design\u00e9r mohl na v\u00fdsledek pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho softwaru s\u00a0jistotou spolehnout. Pokud si m\u016f\u017eete ov\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee n\u00e1vrh funguje jako re\u00e1ln\u00fd v\u00fdrobek a v\u00fdsledek je srovnateln\u00fd s\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00ed simulac\u00ed, c\u00edt\u00edte p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1vrhu mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed jistotu. Proto ji\u017e \u0159adu let pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me na optick\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy software TracePro. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed je pr\u00e1v\u011b jeho vysok\u00e1 m\u00edra spolehlivosti p\u0159i porovn\u00e1n\u00ed simulace a reality. Toto jsme si ji\u017e ov\u011b\u0159ili na mnoha projektech.<\/p>\n

Did you know, that you can find our glass optics in signal lights in the Prague metro? This project is a nice example of the complexity of our services.<\/p>

LEDs caused a huge revolution among light sources in various applications. They enable proper optical function with much lower energy demand compared to old-fashioned bulbs.<\/p>

Renovation of signal lights in Prague metro included also the replacement of light bulb with LED source. This change cased a need to modify optical design of the original lens in order to keep optical function.<\/p>

We managed to design the lens according to the requirements and add mounting and positioning elements. The lens design was optimized for the manufacturing process, which enabled efficient production and reasonable price.<\/p>

In the first step samples were manufactured and tested at our partner. The results were in a good agreement with original enquiry so production of serial volume followed.<\/p>

We are very pleased to be working on this project with another Czech company, Starmon,<\/span> which supplies interlocking and carried out the replacement of signals in the Prague metro.<\/p>
