Po 33 letech jsme se rozhodli aktualizovat logo na\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, zjednodu\u0161it firemn\u00ed barvy a nakonec i prov\u00e9st kompletn\u00ed rebranding, v\u010detn\u011b tvorby nov\u00e9 webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky. Tato vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed prom\u011bna odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 ECOGLASS za\u017eil v posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech. Bylo nutn\u00e9 dr\u017eet krok s nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edm technologick\u00fdm v\u00fdvojem a tak\u00e9 se zm\u011bnami, kter\u00fdmi sou\u010dasn\u00fd trh proch\u00e1z\u00ed. Spole\u010dnost proto investovala mnoho \u010dasu a energie do digitalizace a zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f pomoc\u00ed AI a dal\u0161\u00edch nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n

V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v roce 2021 p\u0159e\u0161lo veden\u00ed firmy na druhou generaci z rodiny Ko\u010d\u00e1rkov\u00fdch. Stalo se tak p\u0159esn\u011b po 30 letech od zalo\u017een\u00ed spole\u010dnosti. Veden\u00ed se ujala dcera Helena Krutsk\u00e1 spole\u010dn\u011b s man\u017eelem Janem Krutsk\u00fdm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Na\u0161e spole\u010dnost z\u00edskala druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto v\u00a0sout\u011b\u017ei Vodafone Firma roku v\u00a0Libereck\u00e9m kraji. Ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm z\u00e1vod\u011b v\u00a0Mnichov\u011b Hradi\u0161ti jsme za\u010dali roz\u0161i\u0159ovat a modernizovat kancel\u00e1\u0159e veden\u00ed v\u00fdroby.<\/span><\/p>\n

Budova byla p\u016fvodn\u011b za prvn\u00ed republiky skl\u00e1rnou, ale b\u011bhem obdob\u00ed socialismu byla zanedb\u00e1na jej\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eba a budova byla zna\u010dn\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00e1. V tomto roce jsme tak\u00e9 z\u00edskali hlavn\u00ed cenu Zlat\u00fd krystal na veletrhu Silicium Bohemica<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Po zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed v\u00fdroby forem s dostate\u010dnou p\u0159esnost\u00ed byla zah\u00e1jena v\u00fdroba technick\u00fdch v\u00fdlisk\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm asf\u00e9rick\u00fdch \u010do\u010dek. <\/span>Asf\u00e9rick\u00e9 \u010do\u010dky se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v osv\u011btlovac\u00ed technice – reflektory pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl, osv\u011btlen\u00ed leti\u0161\u0165, divadeln\u00ed reflektory atd. Pro elektrotechnick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl byla vyvinuta sklovina s infra\u010dervenou propustnost\u00ed pro lisov\u00e1n\u00ed senzor\u016f pro optick\u00e1 \u010didla.<\/span> S\u00eddlo spole\u010dnosti se p\u0159est\u011bhovalo do nov\u00fdch prostor a do firmy nastoupila man\u017eelka jednoho ze zakladatel\u016f, Mirka Ko\u010d\u00e1rkov\u00e1. Budova byla p\u016fvodn\u011b za prvn\u00ed republiky skl\u00e1rnou, ale b\u011bhem obdob\u00ed socialismu byla zanedb\u00e1na jej\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eba a budova byla zna\u010dn\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00e1. V tomto roce jsme tak\u00e9 z\u00edskali hlavn\u00ed cenu Zlat\u00fd krystal na veletrhu Silicium Bohemica<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pro elektrotechnick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl byla vyvinuta sklovina s infra\u010dervenou propustnost\u00ed pro lisov\u00e1n\u00ed senzor\u016f pro optick\u00e1 \u010didla.<\/span> S\u00eddlo spole\u010dnosti se p\u0159est\u011bhovalo do nov\u00fdch prostor a do firmy nastoupila man\u017eelka jednoho ze zakladatel\u016f, Mirka Ko\u010d\u00e1rkov\u00e1.
